BrainVTA have a large selection of AAV products, spanning over 25,000 human, 23,000 mouse, and 5,000 rat genes with different fluorescent reporter(GFP, RFP, mCherry, mScarlet, etc). All over-expression AAV are driven by ubiquitous or tissue/cell-specific promoters, with or without a fluorescent reporter/tag. The shRNA AAV are driven by a U6 promoter or tissue/cell-specific promoters with miR30 skeleton.
